thanks!
Yes, that should be correct. In one of my special setups i got a wildcard-cert that was issued to root.mydomain.com but covered owa.mydomain.com for main owa usage. Therforce i had to msstd:root.mydomain.com as msstd.
if the cert is issued to owa.mydomain.com and my msstd:extern.fqnd is msstd:owa.mydomain.com(as displayed in outlook), then would the command be:
Set-OutlookProvider EXPR -Server $null -owa.mydomain.com msstd:owa.mydomain.com
Set-OutlookProvider WEB -Server $null -owa.mydomain.com msstd:owa.mydomain.com ?
I tried it on OF 2.3 and it didn't work...tried it many times as a matter of fact. As soon as I reboot nothing works. I think that this only works on OF 2.2.
Thanks for your post about this WMI problem. I have spent hours on it and have not been able to resolve even with your suggestions. Can you provide a more detail on what you did?
just give Royal TS a try, i use this tool for managing all my Win RDP Server and it's simple and handles the described problem with RDP 6.1. with no pain.
You can also rename your old logon.aspx file before you install the rollup. The rollup will then create a new logon.aspx file after which you can simply modify the file again.
